Air Cooled Blocks

We manufacture air-cooled blocks/barrels using the shell moulding process. These air-cooled blocks are used for diesel engines, automobile engines, and other applications. The casting of these air-cooled blocks is machined in our machine shop equipped with precision CNC turning centres and hydraulically powered NC-controlled honing machines. However, The hardness of the cylinder barrels is strictly maintained according to international standards. We use hardcore liners with a plateau finish to extend the life of the engine, reduce oil pressure use, and increase fuel efficiency.
